Online Orders

What payment types do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

Is there sales tax on my purchase?

You will be charged tax based on the regulations and laws of your shipping address.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, please call us with details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information so that we may process your order. You can reach us Monday - Friday 11am-7pm PST.

Shipping & Returns

Where is my shipment coming from?

All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles store.

How much will it cost to ship my order within the U.S.?

Shipping is free with orders over $200, using ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are as follows:

Expedited (2-3 Business Days): $20.00

Next Day: $35.00

How much will it cost to ship my order outside of the U.S.?

We currently offer international shipping with DHL. The price of shipping varies on location and weight of the products ordered. The price will be shown prior to checkout. At this time there are currently no expedited options for international orders.

Additionally all taxes & duties for the shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

For online orders we have a 7-day full refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a full refund. Any return request after 7 days and up to 15 days will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please note we do not refund any shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following purchases are final sale: special orders, sale merchandise, sunglasses, jewelry, swimsuits & lingerie. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Purchases made with store credit are final sale.

Wyeth reserves the right to deny any return request that does not comply with our criteria.

 

How do I process a return?

Online returns for orders in the US are free - WYETH is pleased to cover the cost of return shipping. To start a return CLICK HERE.

How do I process an international return?

For international returns please email hello@shopwyeth.com to confirm you are still in the return window. Once approved, the customer will be responsible shipping costs back to WYETH.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@shopwyeth.com.

Do you accept exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I order online and pick up my order in store?

Yes! You are able to pick-up your purchase in store. Select In Store Pick-Up form the shipping options when checking out.

Where is your store located?

Our store is located at 8820 Washington Blvd, Suite 102, within Platform in Culver City, California.

When is your store open?

We are open 11am-6pm, 7 days a week.
